Milk Cooling Tanks
An efficient cooling tank must cool milk quickly, agitate the milk volume optimally, and above all, provide for perfect cleaning and simple maintenance.
The gentle mixing of the milk with the large agitator blade guarantees a maximum cooling performance, homogeneous and undamaged milk. Also in extremely high ambient temperatures the milk is cooled within a very short time.
Maintenance & Technical Support
We insist you to have a service agreement for the tanks supplied by Kroona. The service agreement would include a yearly check-up by our well-trained cooling technicians in return for a fixed yearly fee.
In this way cooling units and cooling tanks will remain maintained and technical breakdowns can be prevented.
Additionally, the service agreement would include a guaranteed intervention within 12 hours if needed.
We have nationwide service and support. We have teamed up with some of the best technicians in Uganda so we can maintain a very high level of service. We know that it is important to provide the best service, so your machines always deliver the optimum.
Installation Services
All equipment are installed on site. Installations will include positioning of the milk cooling tank and cooling unit. Assembling agitator on the tank, connection of hot and cold-water sources to the tank if relevant and wiring of the complete installation including connecting to power source.
We weld copper tubes for connecting cooling unit to milk cooling tank and put cooling unit and tubing under vacuum then fill it with freon gas.
All parameters are set, and calibration of control system is done.
All auxiliaries will be installed, and the complete system will be connected.
Genuine Spare Parts
Quality is highly prioritized by Kroona and therefore we recommend that you use only original parts to secure performance. We maintain a reasonable stock of corresponding spare parts to quickly help you solve problems of your machines.
You will find all the spare parts you, for one or another reason, need to replace. Cleaning parts, electrical parts, fan engines, cooling components, agitation motor, tank body parts etc.
